Terms of Service

Enriclio continuously discovers businesses matching your ideal customer profile from publicly available sources, structures and organizes their business contact details, and gives you a CRM, analytics and outreach tools to run your own sales workflow. The service is provided on a subscription basis and delivered as software over the internet.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. One subscription is intended for use by a single business customer; you may create the user seats your plan permits.

The service is billed at €400 per month, charged in advance on a recurring basis, until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, which handles billing and invoicing. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

Enriclio is intended for legitimate business-to-business use. The data it surfaces is business contact information compiled from publicly available sources, provided to help you reach other businesses lawfully. You agree not to use Enriclio to:

• send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law, or continue contacting anyone who has asked you to stop;
• target consumers, or process personal data unlawfully or without a valid legal basis;
• resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties as your own product without written permission;
• reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its infrastructure.

You must honor unsubscribe and opt-out requests, and you are solely responsible for how you use the data, including compliance with GDPR, ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM and other laws that apply to your outreach.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data in your account. We process it to provide and improve the service and act as a processor for the business contact data you generate.

We work to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify third-party data sources. We are not liable for the accuracy or completeness of data obtained from third-party sources.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enricliois provided “as is”. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you may export your data before your access period expires.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
